Ten years ago, Pete Ferris made his first investment in property. He already had a decade of experience under his belt as a director in construction but recognised the untapped growth potential in the North West.

Towns like Oldham and Rochdale had massive infrastructure and transport projects on the go. Areas like Royton and Shaw were beginning to thrive, fed by new facilities and access to open countryside. In addition, a growing population in the centre of Manchester was fuelling demand on the city’s outskirts. It was an opportunity that a lifelong Oldham resident couldn’t resist.
